High-quality perforated self-adhesive direct thermal labels 100 × 150 mm, supplied in rolls of 300 labels with a 40 mm core. Designed primarily for printing shipping labels, courier labels and parcel identification.
A perforation between each label allows individual printed labels to be quickly and easily separated from the roll. This is particularly useful for manual parcel preparation, warehouse operations and e-commerce order fulfilment.
The labels are designed for direct thermal printing, so no ink, toner or thermal transfer ribbon is required.
They are made from TERMO ECO direct thermal paper, providing sharp, high-contrast printing for barcodes, QR codes, addresses and other shipment information.
The material is BPA-free and features an S2000N acrylic adhesive, providing reliable adhesion to cardboard boxes, courier envelopes and other common packaging surfaces.
The minimum application temperature is +5°C, while the service temperature range after application is -20°C to +50°C.
The perforation between individual labels makes it easy to separate each printed shipping label from the roll without using scissors.
This feature is particularly useful for:
The 100 × 150 mm format is suitable for printing:
The labels can be used for documents generated for carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD, InPost and other courier services, provided that the generated label uses the 100 × 150 mm format.
Suitable for many popular direct thermal printers, including models from:
Zebra, Digi, Dibal, Bixolon, Godex, SATO, Citizen and other compatible printers supporting 100 mm wide labels.
No thermal transfer ribbon is required.
The combination of the popular 100 × 150 mm shipping label format and easy-tear perforation makes these labels particularly convenient for regular parcel processing.
After printing, each label can be quickly separated from the roll, helping to organise and speed up packing and dispatch operations.
